InDesign plugin
Adobe InDesign 2025.5 or later and the Creative Cloud desktop app
The Typofix panel inside InDesign. Until it is listed on Adobe Marketplace, you install it from a file.

How to install
- Download the plugin (a .ccx file).
- Double-click the file. The Creative Cloud desktop app opens and asks you to confirm the installation.
- Choose Install. Creative Cloud warns that the plugin does not come from Adobe Marketplace – this is normal for plugins installed from a file.
- Restart InDesign and open Typofix from the Plugins menu (or Window).
Updates: the plugin tells you when a new version is available. Download it here and install it the same way.
InDesign script
Older versions of Adobe InDesign
A script for InDesign versions the plugin does not support. It updates itself once it is installed.

How to install
- Download the script.
- In InDesign, choose Window › Utilities › Scripts. In the Scripts panel, right-click User and choose Reveal in Finder (or Reveal in Explorer).
- Copy the script into the folder that opens.
- Double-click Typofix in the Scripts panel. It asks for a script token: create one in your account.
